In the Uitgeest area, you can rent bikes at Fietsverhuur Uitgeestermeer. It is a great base to explore several fun locations and attractions. Go on a beautiful ride along the water, enjoy nature or visit one of the busting cities nearby. Alkmaar is closest and definitely worth biking out to. 

Tip: the “Pontjesroute” is a unique trail that allows you get to know the area.
